Wednesday 25th August 1880
Court opened at 11 am.
Present – Judge Heaphy John Gage W. Grey J. E. Dalton
Manawatu Kukutauaki No. 7D
Tamihana Te Hoia appeared and stated that Hapi and many others were away in Waikato and they were not aware that the court would sit at Foxton.
Court adjourned until 2 pm.
The court then stated the land not adjudicated on would have to be clothed with a title and would issue an order in favour of those persons named in the original order for all these portions of the Manawatu Kukutauaki No. 7D remaining undealt with by this court that is to say.
1st.
All the northern portion bounded on the north east by the Wawa Block 275 acres for which an order for Memorial was made on the 26th January 1880 on the south west by the central portion of Manawatu Kukutauaki No. 7D for which a Memorial of ownership was issued on the 20th January 1880 on the west by the whirokino Block and on the south east by the E portion of the Manawatu Kukutauaki No. 7D called the Bush Block.
2nd.
All that portion of the Block in the south west portion of the Manawatu Kukutauaki No. 7D Block called Pakau Hokio bounded on the north east by central portion of Manawatu Kukutauaki No. 7D for which a Memorial was ordered on the day of January 1880 on the west by the Kahukara and Wairerawa Blocks and on the south east by other part of the said Manawatu Kukutauaki No. 7D called the bush Block.
3rd.
Also all that portion of the Manawatu Kukutauaki No. 7D called the Bush Block bounded on the north east by the Takapu No. 1 Block on the south east by the south east boundary of the M. K. 7D Block on the south north by the south west boundary of the M. K. 7D and on the north west by the Pakau Hokio by the central portion of the M. K. No. 7D for which a Memorial was ordered by the court on the day of January 1880 and by the north part of the M. K. No. 7D Block as first above described.
