Court opened at 2.30 pm.
Hoani Taipua applied to have the court adjourned until Monday because the people were absent. Everyone was absent on account of being Saturday and not thinking the court would sit had gone to their homes.

After a number of claims had been called and the persons interested being absent not thinking the court would sit being Saturday.
The court adjourned until Monday at 10 am.
