Rawiri Rota Tahiwi appeared and stated they would hang up the claim of Pakakuti, make a fresh survey and send in a fresh application to the chief judge but he and Tamihana Te Hoia and others objected to the judgment of the court with respect to this piece and wished the clerk to make a minute of such objection.
Court adjourned until 2 pm.
