I want to admit Heni Matene Te Whiwhi also Te Poria. I want this land to be divided into 4 portions.

10 acres to Ururoa Ripia, Heni Matene and Te Poria.

Court adjourned in order to allow the parties to go on the ground and point out the portions claimed by Hapita also to allow Ngati Raukawa to go on to Rangiuru and determine whether the Pa was inside the piece claimed by James Wallace.
