Ema Ihakara handed in list of 11 persons of her hapu for insertion in memorial.
(These are descendants of Hakaraia Te Reinga, Te Mahauariki and Rangiheua).
Kipa Te Whatanui
We cannot object to these persons as judgement has been given in favour of 2 hapu’s of Ngati Pare. I give in list of 13 persons of my hapu in addition.
Lists read over and no objectors when challenged in court.
Judgement
That the land shown in plan dated from the Otaki river to a line A.B containg acres is adjudged to the 24 persons whose names are hereunder written.
