Application for partition – Hema Te Ao and others

The court suggested that it would be advisable for the parties to endeavour to settle amongst themselves if they could arrange in place of prolonging the proceedings in the court.

The parties came before the court but could not agree as to the subdivision. The court suggested a mode of subdivision which would operate fairly in the interest of the persons concerned.

Case adjourned to enable the parties to discuss the matter outside.
