Court opened at 10 am.

Present – the same

No other business than that of Manawatu Kukutauaki No. 7D having to be brought before the court. It adjourned.

Aorangi No. 1 – continued

Ordered that a Memorial of ownership be issued to Te Ara Takana and 60 others for the remainder of such and stock of Aorangi No. 1 consisting of those subdivisions lying in the southern part of such block and numbered 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29 and 30 as the same are bordered green on the plan marked F together with all those subdivisions ---- in the central portion of the said Block numbered 1, 1A, 2, 2A, 3, 3A, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 9A, 9B, 10, 11 and 117 acres of subdivision No. 4 of the northern portion of the said Block also for subdivision No. 1 of 456 acres and subdivision No. 5 of 268 acres in the northern portion of the Block on the same all bordered green on the plan ---- and marked F and further it is ordered that ------ ------ of Tapeta Matina and Hanapeka Matine shall consist of 103 acres the portion within the Aorangi No. 1 Block to be hereafter determined.
