Wi Para appeared on behalf of the other owners.
After some consideration the case was adjourned till tomorrow to allow the natives to further consider boundaries to be laid down.
Wi Parata appeared and produced a sketch plan of the block and stated that they had all agreed to a subdivision as shown on the sketch plan.
Wi Parata applied to have the portion shown on the plan containing 333 acres awarded to Karaitiana Te Tupe in accordance ofmutual agreement come to amongst all others
