I claim this land as shown on the plan excepting the south east corner and another corner. Erana gave me the land as a present. Her father concurred. This land is at Otaki. This is my claim.

Order to be made in favour of Rana Hori (2) and Tamati Ranapiri h.c (1) subject to alteration of boundaries of portions which encroach on granted land.
Mr. Carkeek applied for survey charge.
