I live at Otaki and belong to Ngati Raukawa.

I claim this land as shown on the plan excepting the south east corner and another corner. Erana gave me the land as a present. Her father concurred. This land is at Otaki. This is my claim.

Objectors challenged – No objectors

Order to be made in favour of Rana Hori (2) and Tamati Ranapiri h.c (1) subject to alteration of boundaries of portions which encroach on granted land.

Mr. Carkeek applied for survey charge.

Court ordered it to be paid on Monday.

I claim this land. I claim through purchase from Huri Te Hatete and his wife. They had the prior title to the land. This is my claim. Huri is here.

Hemi Te Hatete stated that Tamati Ranapiri had purchased the land.
