Mr Booth applied to have the governors interest defined for the purpose of facilitating the negotiations for a subdivision of the said block into ten portions with respect to the Ngoungou list of names named in. I wish those names to be entered in the order.

Dr Buller appeared on behalf of Eru Tahitangata.

A discussion having occurred, the case was adjourned temporally.

The court resumed and adjourned till tomorrow 10 am owing to the natives not agreeing as to the subdivision of the block.
