Mr. Fraser appeared for the parties produced list of leases.
Wi Matua – No. 1 B – 244.8 acres – rent per acre is 1/1 and a fraction over ¾ farthings share of rental is £140.5.0 p.a.
1A contains balance of 5550.0 acres.
Mr. Fraser pointed out that a mistake appeared to have been made in computing the rental and apportioning the shares amongst the owners in this block. He would therefore have to ask that the application be adjourned until he could send the distribution to Mr. Longhman at Palmerston North to be rectified.
