Side MB No. 1 – folio 116 Re: Rawiri te Mataku – deceased Mr. Gibson – solicitor asked that the particulars recently obtained relative to the nearest of kin of Rawiri te Mataku. Hana te Awhitu and a native named Tuahinekore from Taranaki also present. Mr. Gibson produced a whakapapa containing the information referred to. Tuahinekore states that he is willing that Hana te Awhitu should be included in the order with himself for an equal interest in the deceased real estate. Court adjourned.
