The western side of Oxford Street, north of the Queen Street / Oxford Street intersection, looking south c 1911. The road is unsealed and is lined by the plane trees which were planted in 1897. To the left of the photograph is the Levin Hotel and further south down Oxford Street are other commercial premises.
