The court announced that in consequence of the serious illness of Tamihana Te Rauparaha and of his standing as a chief that the further hearing of the claims of Ngati Raukawa, Ngati Awa and Ngati Toa would be adjourned to Monday next at 10 am at Waikanae.

Court adjourned until 10 am on Monday at Waikanae.
