The person named in the certificate as Rahera Ngapaki is the same as Rahera Waiatere who is dead. She left a will and Wiremu Pomare has it. The property was left to him for Heni kepa.

Neville Nicholson admitted that Pariraukawa has a son but claimed an interest.
Wiremu Pohe is the son’s name.
Order made in favour of Wiremu Pohe and Mr J. Booth to be appointed trustee for him as he is insane.
