Mr Wilson asks that the interest of Ahuru Porotene and Motae Mahanga be cut off in separate parcels, the share of Putiputi Tupou having already been treated in that manner.
Ordered that the parcel of land known as Horowhenua 3C No. 4B be divided into 3 parcels of the under mentioned areas and be numbered or marked as follows viz
3C 4C, 3C 4D, and 3C 4E.
Boundaries of parcels
No 3C 4C containing a14 – r3 – p34 to be laid off immediately to the northward of the subdivision No. 3C No. 4A between the road and the western boundary the northern boundary to be parallel with the northern boundary of 3C No. 4A No. 3C 4D containing a14 – r3- p34 to be laid off as a parallel section immediately adjacent to the northern boundary of 3C No. 4C to extend from the road to the western boundary.
Ordered that the parcel marked 3C 4C be allotted to Motae Mahanga and that the parcel marked 3C No. 4D be allotted to Ahuru Porotene and that the parcel marked 3C 4E containing the residue be vested in James Bronte.

In the matter of the Interlocutory Order made by the court on the first day of October last past, to the effect that on Mr C. B. Morison producing satisfactory proof from the Land Taransfer Dept that he was a registered proprietor for the interest of Mata te Hawe the court would direct that an order be issued in his name in lieu of Mata te hawe for all the share and interest of the said Mata te Hawe in Section 15 Ngarara West A Section 15 and whereas by paper writing dated the 5th November received from the Land Transfer Dept it is shown that the said Charles Bruce Morison had become a registered proprietor in respect of the interests of Mata te Hawe in Section 15 Ngarara West A. it is hereby ordered that the interlocutory order made on the first day of October aforesaid be now made final subject to the following alteration viz that the name of CHARLES BRUCE MORISON be substituted in lieu of the name of Mata te Hawe in Subdivision 15 A comprising a24 – r0 – p0 and it is hereby further ordered that this order take effect from the fifth day of November last past.
