Description: HHS No. 9. Caption: “The home, comprising twenty rooms, had six fireplaces of which this one, in the dining room was typical”.

Fireplace in the dining room at ’ Cheslyn Rise’. The brick fireplace has a carved wooden surround and a wooden mantlepiece. Coloured tiles are at both sides of the fireplace and underneath the mantlepiece. Ornaments, photographs and a clock are sitting on the mantlepiece. Tongs and a shovel sit either side of the fireplace.
