1946~1981 WE'VE SERVED LEVIN MOTORISTS FOR 35 YEARS

Hudson and Burnham first opened for buisness in June, 1946, with a staff of four.
From that small beginning, 35 years ago, the Company has expanded to one of Levin's leading motor sales and service organisations with a proud record of service and enterprise. Today there are 28 staff members utilising the most modern techniques and equipment to provide the ultimate in service.

Highlights of Hudson and Burnham's Development Include:
1946-Establishment with Austin franchise. 1966-New showrooms and service facilities opened. 1970's-Paint and panel shop established. Further workshop extension. Opening of car court in Oxford Street. 1976. Austin relinguished-appointment as NZMC dealer for Levin district with Triumph, landrover, Honda and Leyland commercial vehicles franchise. 1980-Opening of CNG refuelling centre-one of the first in New Zealand. Installation service for CNG conversions. 1981-Appointment as sole Levin agents for all NZMC sales and services with addition of Austin/Morris franchise.
