Inscription on reverse reads: “Miss Bowen’s House donated 3/77

Miss Bowen’s house, 2 Karaka Crescent, from the south. This weatherboard house with an iron roof has two brick chimneys and a verandah which runs along the southern and western sides. A false turret is attached to the verandah. The house was built in 1905.
