Penciled on back - For the first time in the history of the Horowhenua A.P.I. Assoc., founded in 1906, a woman secretary Mrs A.M. Sheeran, has taken office. With her is the immediate past secretary Mr G.C. Jones. Fri. Oct. 3, 1969.
