Description: Penciled on back - Prince Tu’ipelehake (at centre), King’s representative who is touring with the Tongan Rugby team, meets Mr D. Christian (at left) manager of a local hotel, who is a prominent local and national Rugby figure and former All Black and Mr G.C. Maclean pres. of the Horowhenua Rugby Union. Mon. Aug. 18, 1969.

Appears to be taken Oxford Street (north of Queen St.) presumably outside the Oxford Hotel.
