Construction of new main building, 1974. Frontal view. Will house administration & research laboratories / facilities. Steel reinforced concrete skeleton almost completed. Mobil crane with operator standing in opened cab. A worker appears to be sitting in the shadow of the crane. 3 workers on scaffolding outside at 2nd level with 3 workers inside.
