Memorial Trig on ‘Twin Peak’, April 1937 Erected by members of Manawatu Tramping Club on Anzac Weekend (24-25 April) in memory of fellow member Ralph Wood, who died during the ‘big storm’ that occurred on 2-3 February 1936, and was buried near here.

Any use of this image must be accompanied by the credit “Horowhenua Historical Society Inc.”
