Opening Day at the Mangaore Power House, 3 November, 1924. This photograph shows the view in front of the power house with a small crowd and four cars. Three policemen stand in a group to the right of the photograph. A balustrade is at the far side of the area in front of the power station, and a footbridge over the river is beyond this.
