Two storied brick building with iron roof on western side of Oxford Street. There are five sash windows on the upper floor with four of them being set in arched upper concrete frames, while the fifth is in a square concrete frame. On the lower floor are two shops with a solid door which gives acces to the top floor, situated in the centre.
