Two storied commercial building, formerly a bank. There are a number of sash windows on both floors and a false bacony which obscures the roof. On the eastern side is a small porch which has coloured glass panes. Above this porch is a wooden fire-escape.
At the time of this photograph being taken the building was used asContact House and the Citizens Advice Bureau
