Penciled on back - Accompanied by Sister M. Stewart, matron of the Levin War Vets. Home and Dr J. McHaffie, Sir Arthur Porritt tours the home. Both Dr McHaffie and Sister Stewart recalled having met Sir Arthur in Belgium after W.W.II. Thurs. July 24, 1969.
