Inscribed on unvailed plaque - Established by the Wellington Presbyterian Social Service Association for the comfort and care of the aged. This home was opened by His Excellency the Governor General Sir Denis Blundell G.C.M.G. G.C.V.O. K.B.E. 18th October 1975.
