Penciled on back - Mr P.T. Woulfe, principal of the Hokio Beach School whom Levin Jaycees have chosen as the local nominee in the N.Z. Jaycees “Three Outstanding Young Men” quest. Here Mr Woulfe shows a piece of carving done by one of the school pupils. Sat. Sept. 13, 1969.
