Waitarere Beach Volunteer Fire Brigade

Waitarere Beach Volunteer Fire Brigade was formed on the 15th February 1964. From those early days the "Brigade" has progressed to a modern much respected and vital part of the Horowhenua community. On the 15th February 1964, the Brigade celebrated it's 50th Anniversary.
