Visit of Navel ratings (Bluejackets) to Levin. The ratings are in ranks facing the Levin Railway Station which is situated at Weraroa, and a large crowd forms a square around them taking up the width of the road. There is a group of mounted servicemen on horseback, some civilians on horseback, two women in a horsedrawn gig and a number of people appear to have travelled to the occasion on bicycles.
