DALGETY AND COMPANY, LTD., have received instructions from Robery Gardner, Esq., to offer by public auction, at their rooms, Palmerston North, on Saturday, 26th February, at 12 Noon -
That well-known estate, PAIAKA, on the Manawatu River, within two miles of the Koputaroa Railway Station, comprising 347 acres freehold. An ideal Flax and Dairy Farm, with Flax able to be cut this year, together with a Native Lease of 160 acres.
Portion of the property was originally swamp, but is now thoroughly drained and carrying flax that has been cultivated for years past, as well as grass.
There are six paddocks, well fenced, a new dwellinghouse, a complete flax plant, woolshed, dip and yards, stables, men's cook house, blacksmith's shop, etc.
