Inscriptions on reverse read: “R E Henderson. Donated V M Doyle, 52 Queen St., Levin. Nee V Henderson.” and ” D. of Ted Henderson Byke shop Oxford St 1920 – 40s. Before 1916 est F.C.S.”

An unidentified group of cyclists prior to a race which is beginning from the front of the Byko shop, on the north eastern corner of the Oxford Street / Queen Street intersection c 1916.
