PROGRAMME PHILOSOPHY
Values
They are the basis that our kaupapa is measured by both qualitatively and quantitatively. Our values are embedded in the actions we take to achieve successful outcomes for our people and our stakeholders.

Programme Methodology
Delivery methods include Lectures, Visual, written, workshop groups, Video power point presentations, Guest speakers field trips. All noho will be capture on film to be used as a taonga in the future
Rationale
§ Increase /maintain our paepae / kaikaaranga/ puna mooteatea
§ To preserve and maintain our Muaupoko traditions and practices
§ To develop the ability of people to contribute and pass knowledge on to the next generation
§ To promote and encourage whaanau /hapuu/ and iwi awareness through marae based activities / events
