Description

Group of four unidentified persons in what appears to be a parade in Oxford St. Man in front on left hand side appears to have a flag wrapped around his shoulders. Man behind him is wearing a flat topped cap and heavy coat. The man to his right is partly obscured and is hatless. Man in front at right is wearing a jacket and waistcoat with a kerchief tied around his neck and a felt hat with a brim. He appears to be playing a “squeeze box”, however, movement has cause blurring of photograph.
