Cottage & people beside Hokio Stream

Typed on piece of paper glued to back: “The cottage is where Jack Kiki and his wife and family lived. He sat on the bank all day. This is where the Gebbies lived, but from memory someone else commenced the remodelling before Gebbies moved there. Boys in their boat, Tom & George Kerslake. Circa; 1925-26 ? (Donated by Tom Kerslake)”

Also typed on piece of paper glued to back - (1) This is the first plank footbridge I can remember. I am unsure of those on the bridge. Tom Kerslake [added with blue ballpoint pen]

A small cottage alongside the Hokio Stream at Hokio Beach, with three unidentified women on a foot bridge over the stream and two boys, Tom and George Kerslake, in their boat. The cottage is described as where Jack Kiki and his family lived, and where the Gebbies lived at a later date.
