The last train to leave Foxton climbs the incline behind the factory, 1959. An excursion train ran on 17 July 1959 and 10 days later the Foxton line was closed (27 July 1959).

well the good memorys still run when folk who are aprox 40ish see the station. Thank you all for saving the train.

This popular childrens train that used to run at this station at the Lake Domain, was shifted down to the Levin Adventure park on State Highway 1, in 2006.

The train used to be at Lake Horowhenua domain, but has been shifted to the Levin Adventure Park on State Highway 1 South, Levin.
