The pond at the Levin Public Gardens. The gardens are situated on the eastern side of Cambridge Street between Bath Street and Kent Street.

Inscription on front of postcard reads: “Reflections, Public Gardens, Levin. N.Z.”

Levin Public Library

Inscription on reverse reads: “M Sinclair Donated 4/77”

Levin Public Library on the northwestern corner of Bath Street and Oxford Street, Levin. Built in 1909 this library was financed by the Carnegie Trust, which helped libraries with grants worldwide. The library cost £1600 and was demolished in 1965.

Oxford Street

Inscription on reverse reads: “N Sinclair donated 4/77”

Oxford Street, north of the Queen Street intersection looking south c. 1910. The street is unsealed and plane trees are growing along a grass verge that runs alongside the road. At the centre of the intersection is a gas standard with two lamps. The Post Office is on the left hand side and the Levin Hotel on the right hand side.
