Penciled on back: “Commander R.E. Lawry, R.N.Z.N., Inspecting Officer of Sea Cadets for the Navy Board, bestowed the highest award of the Sea Cadet movement, the Master Coxswain’s Badge to P.O. Cadet S. Gray of T.S. Tutira. Fri. Oct. 17, 1969.”
