Early afternoon to dusk - Horowhenua Events Showgrounds, Victoria Street.

Gates open 3pm (Adults $10, Kids $5, Families $20 (2 adults + up to 4 children under 16).

Gates open at 4.40pm for the highlight of the festival, the Night Glow at 6pm. Includes food and craft stalls, walk-in balloon, various attractions, and music - a great family event.
