Foxton Beach

Three photographs joined give a panoramic view of the Foxton Beach estuary beach. A number of private residences are shown with people on the beach. The names of some of the people who owned that houses are inscribed on the back and include the names Bob Hornblow, Linklater, Holben, Watchorn and Lynch.

Hennessey's Store, Main Street

Henessey’s Store on the western side of Main Street, Foxton. This shop was later the site of C Honore, A W Allen and later Homecraft. In this photograph four men and three boys stand in front of the store. A saddled horse is tied to one verandah pole and a second horse with a trap is at the other end of the verandah.
