ANZAC Parade, Plimmer Terrace, 1930's

Photo appears to have been glued in an album and removed.

Written on back with blue ballpoint pen: “Shannon Fire Station Plimmer Tce Shannon.”

Believed to be ANZAC Parade, Plimmer Terrace, 1930’s. Taken looking southwest along Plimmer Terrace, Shannon, this photograph shows a procession of people (most likely lead by Shannon Brass Band) heading south with Girl Guides towards the rear. The building on right is the Shannon Volunteer Fire Brigade headquarters, note bell on tall tower.
