Railway line runs left to right at bottom of photo, with the following streets running bottom to top of photo – Stout Street (left), Ballance Street (centre) & Vance Street (right). R.S.A. clubrooms on corner of Plimmer Terrace & Vance Street (officially opened 30th July 1955)
