Stained glass windows in St John the Baptist, Anglican Church, Ohau. Situated in the eastern end of the sanctuary provides a magnificient backdrop to the altar. The central subject depicting the Ascension, is flanked on either side by the figures of St Katherine and St Dorothy. The window also shows St John the Baptist baptizing in the river Jordan. To the Glory of God and in loving memory of Serg. John Randall St John Kebbell 6 Wellington Mounted Rifles died at Gallipoli 30 May 1915 from wounds received in action aged 22 years. Also Katherine Mary aged 11 years and Dorothy Anne aged 9 years drowned in the Ohau River 22 January 1890 children of John and Mary Grace Kebbell.
