MACDONALD, WILSON AND CO. are favoured with instructions from F. .. Stuckey, Esq., of Levin, to sell by public auction, as above, the undermentioned VALUABLE TOWNSHIP, SUBURBAN, AND COUNTRY PROPERTIES:-
36 MAGNIFICENT BUILDING SECTIONS in the TOWN OF LEVIN, varying in area from ONE QUARTER - ACRE to HALF AN ACRE.
These sections are part of the Subdivision of Suburban Sections Nos. 30 and 31 on the plan of the town.
Sixteen of the sections, containing together 6a 1r 24p, being the subdivision of section 30, will be offered first in one lot, and if not then sold will be offered separately.
The remaining seventeen sections being the subdivision of section 31 will be offered separately.
The whole of these sections were specially selected when the Town of Levin was laid out. They are close to the railway station, and a Government Post Office is now about to be erected on portion of the subdivision.
