PRESENT : The Mayor (Mr B R Gardener) Councillors Hall, Hudson, Palmer, Ryder and Jas. Prouse.

The meeting which was summoned by the Mayor was called for the purpose of confirming the Special Order made on the 23 November 1906 as recorded on pages 84 and 85 of this Minute Book.

The Mayor moved and Councillor Ryder seconded “That this Council do now confirm the Minutes of the Special Meeting held on the 23^rd November 1906 and the “Special Order” made thereat declaring the road through Section 44 Levin Suburban and known as Kent Street extension a public street”.

The resolution on being put, was declared carried unanimously and the meeting then adjourned.
