Levin bridge club:

On June 9, 1972, an inaugural meeting sponsored by Mr F.C. Mitcalfe was held in the Intermediate School library. Fifty interested people attended and formed the Levin Contract Bridge Club. Later in the same year it moved to the Methodist Hall in Knt Street where it continues to meet.
