Fire at Shannon.
Yesterday morning a storeroom in the rear of Mr. V. White's residence was destroyed by fire, with its contents. Mr. White had only this week moved up from Wellington, and a quantity of valuable pictures, mirrors, brio-a-brac, furniture, and wearing apparel was stored in this room preparatory to unpacking
