Penciled on back: “Official treasurer and inspector for the S.P.C.A., Mrs G.J. Aitken (at left) talks with Mrs L. Yorston during a morning tea party, which was in aid of an S.P.C.A. van, and featured a fashion parade compered by Mrs Yorston. Thurs. Oct. 30. ‘

Mrs G J Aitken (left), official treasurer and inspector for the S P C A and Mrs L Yorston, c.1969. The two women were attending a morning tea which was preceded by a fashion parade which Mrs Yorston compered, to raise funds for an S P C A van.
