Neon lighting on H.E.P.B. building, Queen Street 1 B&W photo print (large)

Taken at night. Continuous strip of neon light along the top front of the building and down the left side of the building to the bottom of the top floor window level. The letters : H E P B in neon lights at top centre of the building directly above the clock & main entrance. Lighting under the verandah illuminate the footpath & front of the building. While lights on the top front edge of the verandah have been installed to shine on the wall below the top floor windows. Car is parked in front of the building.
